The good news...!

I am very happy and proud to share more good news with you! Recently, Imago hired new doctors. Up until now, we used to publish quarterly quotas. For Q2, it was only 400 people. For Q3, it will be (as for now) 1500. We aim at lifting all limits by Q4!

But there is more!

  1. I promised you we would offer professional psychological support. From July, you will be able to book visits with:

    • a psychotherapist who also is a Ph.D. researcher in the field of trans mental health

    • a psychiatry counselor with broad clinical experience specializing in support for suicidal ideation, strategies for improving stablity in life, and trauma treatment.

  2. In May, we were prepared to legally confront pharmacies and pharmacists who would refuse our patients hormones. Especially in Nordic countries and in the UK. We wouldn't have let go of transphobic discrimination against our patients. And then... nothing happened. Only a single person encountered a problem. We immediately launched our legal/war department - but the day after, the pharmacy, after all, filled the prescription. So, to summarize May: zero prescriptions refused!

  3. Our non-medical team is growing! More trans people are joining! Furhermore, I am sharing this with great joy, some of our patients applied to join the crew and helps us make difference!

  4. We are preparing something special for you, stay tuned!

...and not just bad, the ugliest!

A few days ago, I was informed about an action of smear and slander taken against us and myself personally on some of reddits. A person published a list of lies and falsehoods, including very serious accusations of Imago and myself being involved in criminal conduct. I never used and never intended to use reddit due to my very negative opinion about this service. But I registered to respond to those allegations, especially that I was presented with posts coming from our patients, filled with worry and stress.
My responses were immediately deleted from all of those reddits! (Not a decision from moderators, though, but Reddit itself.)
You can read my full response here.

I am not going to let it go. According to this person's country's penal code, a crime of defamation is punished with 6 months to 2 years in jail. We will spare no effort to get them incarcerated. It is my core belief that crimes hurting others should not go unpunished.
For the past two months, so many of you have told me stories about falling victim to health-jeopardizing negligence and outrageously rapacious exploitation. I couldn't resist the thought that somebody must, no, may or may not have been certain you had "no alternative".
Just to be clear, I have no knowledge about this person's motives, and I have no evidence of any sort that they could have been acting in collusion.

But I have made two decisions:

  1. Everyone who, as a consequence of defamatory publications on reddit, suffered from anxiety or panic attacks, can count on us to provide not only psychological support but also legal support to demand compensation from the person responsible.

  2. Everyone whose health was put in jeopardy and who did not receive the medical service they paid for from any prescription-selling or GAHT-promising or even GAHT-providing service and is practically unable to make claims due to the provider being registered outside of Europe can apply for our legal support. An individual is helpless in such situations. But the community is not. We will help you, with class action lawsuits, if necessary.

My cause to many is the worst nightmare. Those who hate us, and those who treat us as a goldmine, a very lucrative business an enemy like myself is a threat to. Please be prepared for psychological warfare against us. I am not afraid. I will face any enemy trying to hurt our community. I will meet them at the front line. But I am going to need you behind me. It's been a very lonely and painful struggle so far. Worth it! But to challenge trans-hostile systems, I will need your support.
