Services & Prices

The fee fully covers the pathway to receiving GAHT: 

1. We get to know each other during a cost-free video call.

2. You make the payment and join Imago.

3. You fill in intake forms (an extensive medical interview, 20-30 minutes) and provide up-to-date blood tests results.

4. Our doctors analyse both intake forms and blood tests results looking for the red flag factors. Red flag does NOT mean we won't help you! It only means, we will need to take special precautions and tailor a non-standard therapy for you. 

5. You book the earliest available (typically, 2 weeks) slot that’s convenient for you for your appointment with the doctor. The visit takes place.

6. You have sole authority to decide whether to proceed with the therapy or not. You make your decision. 

7. If your decision is positive you confirm it by filling our consent forms.

8. We send you prescription on registered letter.

Covers:

• prescription renewals and adjustments,

• supervision and guidance over your process, including especially but not exclusively review of your blood results and transition reports by our medical stuff

• providing letters necessary for shared care with your GP, insurance, referrals for surgeries, etc.

• support by our team – there always will be trans or trans-friendly person to talk to without additional charges

• access to our booking system (required to book visits with all of our specialist, available exclusively to Imago members)

Subscription does not cover:

• re-issuance of prescriptions due to patient’s negligence

• medicines

• appointments with specialists

You don’t need to pay onboarding fee to become a member but you need to be a member to use our services.

We strongly recommend one control visit per year of your GAHT. However, if you have any medical concerns or there is anything you wish to discuss with your doctor please don't hesitate and book a short visit!

Our doctors are at your disposal. In case you need to discuss any topic more extensively and a short call is not sufficient you are welcome to book an extended medical consultation.

Amanda Comet (she/her) has a broad experience in psychiatry, giving counselling for suicidal ideation, trauma, substance abuse, and personality syndromes as well as everyday challenges related to executive dysfunction, anxiety, ADHD, and autism. Together with you, she will develop tools and strategies to navigate your issues as well as stabilize and improve your mental wellbeing. Find your authentic voice and vocal autonomy with our vocal dysphoria coach!

Edith Boucher-Hazelton (they/them)⁩ offers speaking and singing gender-affirming voice lessons for people of all genders, with a very individualized approach centered on vocal exploration, health, enjoyment, and gender euphoria. Edith is a performing vocalist with a degree. They offer lessons in English and French. Read Edith's letter of introduction.
