Imago app - we proudly announce big news!

I am delighted to share excellent news with you.

All Imago team worked extremely hard during the summer months. Today, we are proud to announce an introduction of the app we designed and produced! It is still an early version, merely a fraction of what we are developing for you. I often encountered a slogan saying that trans people deserve the same quality of healthcare as cis people. I want to make it clear that achieving that is not our goal. Our minimum goal is introducing the quality standards that no clinic, trans or cis, offers. The basic functionalities we present to you today are only the first step. Even before reaching the final step, we will equip all our members with a solution unique in a global scale. You can hold me accountable for this declaration.

The first iteration of the Imago app will make the fundamental process much easier. Our intention was to guide your process step by step, and to make each step as intuitive and simple as possible. After all, you have your great journey to think of, you should not be distracted with figuring out how some piece of software works, should you?

Please feel free to share your comments or suggestions with us, we – as always – encourage constructive feedback and criticism. You can expect new iterations every few weeks.

Hundreds of calls and thousands of tickets gave us powerful insights into our community's most desperate (after GAHT, obviously) needs, our fears and torments. We listen and we hear you. The app is only one of a number of important innovations we’ll be introducing this autumn. Stay tuned!
